Included in the price
Consumption costs: water, light, housekeeping once a week, common room use.
Final cleaning: unless the flat was left dirty.
Parking space: 1 per apartment.
Supplements to be paid on-site
Deposit: € 200 (the amount will be refunded entirely on check-out after verification of the conditions of the accommodation, excluding any damage).
Linen: € 15 per person/week (for bed, bathroom and kitchen).
Extra services
Extra bed (available for 4 and 5-bed apartments):
- periods 23-24-25-26-27-37-38-39-40: € 40 per week;
- periods 28-29-30-31: € 50 per week;
- periods 32-36: € 60 per week;
- periods 33-34-35: € 70 per week.
Cot (for children up to 3 years): € 30 per week.
Phone: payable every week.
Air conditioning: charged according to consumption.
Extra linen (on request): full set € 14 per person.
Additional cleaning (on request): € 25/hour.
Pets: small pets allowed with a charge of € 20 for cleaning and sanitization.
Laundry service: laundry and ironing service available on request and for a fee (opening times 9:00 am – 12:00 am / 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm).
Baby-sitter: a baby-sitting service is available on request and at an additional cost in the residence.
Tours: you can book sightseeing tours at reception upon request and for a fee.
Restaurant – pizzeria: Chrysalis Bay residents can enjoy full board, half board, tourist menus and meal discounts that can be decided on site with the manager of the restaurant. You can also take advantage of the takeaway service.
